Frequently Asked Questions
When will I be charged?
You will only be charged after your breeder application successfully passes our verification audit. Once your "Verified" status is granted, your chosen billing cycle (Monthly or Annual) will activate, ensuring you never pay for platform access before your profile is fully cleared to go live.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via credit cards, debit cards, and Instant EFT. All transactions are processed through our encrypted, reserve-bank-compliant gateway operator to ensure your financial details remain completely secure.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel or change your membership plan at any time directly through your dashboard. Monthly plans require a 30-day notice, and your access will remain active until the end of that final billing cycle. Annual plans are non-refundable once your "Verified" status has been active, as profile setup and verification services are considered fully rendered upon activation.
How does the verification process work?

We manually verify your active membership and kennel registration, confirm your identity as the kennel owner, and review your signed commitment to our strict Breeder Code of Ethics. This process typically takes 3–5 business days to complete.
